Contract Plans Vs No Contract Plans

Cell Phones now have become an absolutely necessary or could say one of most indispensable gadgets these days. You will find that most of the people around you are carrying at least one handset in their pockets, doesn't matters whether they are moving in a car or moving on a road.

To use these gadgets, Cell Phone users have to go for either the Contract Plans or the No Contract Plans.

Contract Cell Phone Plans usually limits the Cell Phone users to just one carrier or one phone. Users have to pay an early termination fee to the carrier in case they do not want to continue with that any more.

On other hand, No Contract Plans offer several alternative choices to the Cell Phone users. Most of the latest gadgets like Wi-Fi Phones, Smart Phones, are compatible with the No Contract Plans

Normally, there are three types of No Contract Cell Phone Plans:
  1. Month-to-Month Plan: Users have to pay the bill every month, but they could also quit at the end of the month if they do not need the plan any more, without any early termination charges.
  2. Pay-as-you-go/Prepaid Plan: Here users have to pay the fee in advance to use the services
  3. Monthly Unlimited Plan: Prepay the money for monthly usage.
